New Year, New Self: My FIRST New Year Goal....

welcome 2012 button

You know we're not fond of the word resolution on this blog!

Goal is a much better word, and really short-term goal would be better, because the odds are if you can achieve it short-term, you'll stick it out for long term!

I am super happy to be able to be a new Sensa review blogger!

WOO HOO!

I have heard such wonderful stories about those who have tried it and LOST weight, and I am really hoping it will give me the inspiration I need!

I have a super crazy schedule and it is VERY hard to stay on a diet, even a sensible one, so Sensa just might be what I need!

Getting the right mind set is paramount, and I was thrilled to be at the doctor's office last week and see that I had kept 10 pounds OFF, even with all the holiday cooking, snacking and crazy schedule! WHEW! So I know with this incentive, and starting Sensa, I can get my New Year off to a rocking start!

What about you?

What is the one thing you want to focus on in JANUARY (think short-term) ? Organization? Dieting? Creativity?

Share with us on this post, for some EXTRA entries on all the giveaways during the month of January!

Every month when I share my Sensa update, if you comment on the post, you will get EXTRA entries for all the giveaways during the month! My way of giving back to YOU, my lovely readers, as well as giving us ALL some moreal support about our goals for 2012!

  2. Your post was thought provoking. I am not creative at all except for cooking, so I the New Year is when I would become even more of a enterprising cook for my family. elliotbencan(at)hotmail(dot)com

  3. Thanks for sharing. I belive wholeheartedly that you will be successful.

This is the year to celebrate successes and address opportunities.

I am going to focus on eating healthy again. With my new job, school and other stressers I have opted for quick and easy and it is taking its toll. My goal is to drink 8 glasses of water a day and salad and fresh fruit at least 4 times each per week. I know my skin, hair and nails will appreciate it.

  5. Well, I say this every year, but this is the year I will get my driver's license. I am on my THIRD permit...because the others keep expiring...how embarrassing. I took my last permit test in less than 3 minutes.

  14. I don't think I do well with resolutions, so I call them monthly goals. I want to lose weight by eating better and walking more. So my goal is to do this for one month, then next month I'll do a little more to do a little better the next month and so on.
