Review: While not my normal style of book to read, I found this one hard to put down! The best description I can give you is that the mystery and friendship of the main characters is reminiscent of James Patterson's The Women's Club series, but sprinkled with BET's Girlfriends TV Show. By which I mean the characters could be your friends or co-workers and the author does a superb job of hooking you in the beginning of the book and not letting go! Her characters are real, face crises we ALL can relate to  (boss 'dating' the new girl in the office, feeling stagnant in your job, protect a friend or violate your job rules), and while some of the situations they get into may not be something you would, you can understand, and are cheering for the characters to get through them. The topic of the murder mystery may not be something that is discussed, but as it is said in the book, women need to be aware of.I found the book very enjoyable and a super quick read (2 sittings). Samuels Young is a great new writer to add to those I love!
