Sensa Update 1

I've officially been on Sensa for 10 days.


It has been an adjustment, as you sprinkle Sensa on everything.you eat, no matter how small, with the exception of soups andiquids (Sensa dissolves in water/liquid). They claim there is no taste, but to me it a) enhances the flavor spice of the food, like if it is peppery, then with Sensa, it's VERY peppery, and b) it does have a subtle taste.


I've only forgotten to sprinkle twice. Once was  a snack, and the second time I had forgotten my go box. Sensa gives you two sprinkle boxes; one for home and one for on the go. So I leGs one on the table at home and the other goes in my workbag or purse. But the difference the second time,was I knew I could not finish an adult portion (and shouldn't'): so I ordered a kid's pack. And I didn't even finish it! Big difference from merely 3 weeks ago! Sensa really DOES change the amount it takes to fill you up! It very quickly retrains your brain!
Their appetite suppresent chess work really well.I'be used them when the meal being served is super high calorie. By eating one, I was able to hold off eating til after, when I could get to healthier food. This was a huge change for me, and a good sign how well sensa works.

I have found I crave sweets less, and when I do eat them, I don't want that much. Which makes it easy to diet. In fact, I may switch to 5 smaller meals, per day,  next week, as I can tell that my metabolism is working full steam, and needs more fuel. I wanted to try it without changes to give you all a better review of 'does it work like the commercial says', but it is working SO well, I don' t have a choice.


Not that I'm complaining mind you, lol, as I'be lost about 7 pound in these 10 days. Yes, I said 7!!  I'be seen the difference primarily in my hips. I've got 3 pairs of jeans falling off of me, and my uniform pants are too big, and if this keeps up, I'll have to buy new ones in a few weeks!!


So, no complaints from me. I am a walking billboard for Sensa. It's working like a dream for me so far. More updates to come!!
