As you know Mardi Gras is right around the corner for us down here in the South. Theoretically after next Tuesday, we're supposed to start Lent and basically be good. Right?
One little itsy bitsy problem- St. Patrick's Day!
When you have as large of an Irish population as the greater New Orleans area has, you know we're just gonna HAVE to PARTY! And yes, that means MORE PARADES! You would think that the Irish parades would be more rowdier and bawdy (you know with all that green beer being drunk), but it's actually the reverse- they are the most family friendly parades around! Last year we got enough potatoes, carrots and cabbage to not only make potatoes to go with our corned beef, but enough for a soup the next day! Woo hoo- ya gotta love a parade that provides a couple of dinners!
So when I had the opportunity to sign up to review one of the t-shirts from Funny Irish T-shirts, I was more than happy too! You can always use a new shirt for this year's parade!
I had a hard time selecting a shirt- they have SO many great designs! I did want a family friendly one (if you want a bawdy one for the younger, over 21, crowd, they have some hilarious ones!)

I loved the thought and basic message! Perfect for if your Irish ancestor is a few generations back in the family tree!
I love the fit- nice and roomy, and the shirt will definitely last more than a few washings! The design itself is very well done!
The shirts come in men's and women's styles, including: short sleeve, sleeveless t-shirts, tanks, hoodies, baby doll shirts, slim fit and spaghetti strap tanks! Sorry, no kids sizing, unless they can wear small men's or women's! Plus most of the shirts have over 10 color choices for the shirt itself, so you can be different from your best friend or spouse, and yet wear the same design!
The quality of the shirts are excellent, and the sizing is petty much right on. Because they are such great quality, I don't mind paying a little more than my local discount store. Plus the designs are really worth it!
