Sensa: Update 4

As you know, this is my second month using the Sensa sprinkles, and this is my second update.

This has been a really rough month, as I advised you on my last update, as with the broken foot, I am basically fighting against my own body, as it tries to heal the break. I had not known before hand, that your body requires 2/3 more times the fuel to mend a break. Thus, the ongoing hunger I was experiencing got explained, and I realized  needed to address it responsibly.

We also figured out that this month;'s Sensa could be causing some constipation issues, as there is a milk based quotient, and I have mild lactose intolerance. Then I started taking pain meds for the break. Basically I doubled up against myself, as I found out last week that they can cause constipation issues as well. SIGH...Thus, I have felt bloated all month, for a valid reason!

To make matters worse, I started having a severe itching reaction on my foot and ankle. Naturally, the broken foot....So off to see the gp, as ortho is SO slammed with people brekaing things (apparently there is an epidemic, go figure?), they can't see me til next week! While we still do not know what is wrong exactly, it's down to tie between a fungal problem, or an allergy to the boot lining. Oh gee swell....BUT the good news was I got weighed and found out that I had only gained back 4.4 lbs this month. So that means I am still down 8 lbs since starting Sensa. Considering all that has occurred this month, I am thrilled. I went from being VERY active (like parking farther from the store, etc)  the first month, to very LITTLE activity (park as close as I can, only go up and down the stairs once or twice) this month So I call it a pretty good success.

Sensa agreed with my problems and offered to let me try month three, so I will start on it, after my ortho appointment next week. I am going to take a week off in between, to see if I can maintain better portion control and choices, while off Sensa. AKA< have I learned better habits. That and the menstral-chocolate craving are WAY intense, and it probably is a good idea! I am hoping the ortho will ok an increase in activity, which will also help for month three.

I am still a HUGE fan of Sensa, and have a few people who are buying/starting it, due to my success, and am hoping to get updates from them to share with you as well. I think if I had not had the broken foot, I would have been able to maintain the month one weight loss and had more, as I would have been working out and walking.

So if you are still on the fence about, I recommend getting off and buying some. Once you try it, you'll see and understand it's not just some fad diet that doesn't work!
