Guest Post: MILK- DOING A BODY GOOD

I have been watching television a lot lately since we upgraded our package at www.direct.tv. There has been a commercial that has been coming on NBC that I absolutely love. 

First, it features one of my favorite actresses, Salma Hayek, and also features one of my favorite drinks, milk! It shows Salma as a little girl drinking milk as she grows. The end of the commercial features Salma giving milk to her little girl.

I always drank milk when I was a little kid. I remember giving myself a milk mustache and doing the , “Milk, it does a body good”. Just like the popular ad campaign that featured milk when I was a kid. I still haven’t stopped drinking milk. I still like to drink chocolate milk when I get a chance. The thing that is funny to me, is that my niece who is only six years old now, will only drink chocolate milk. She won’t drink milk without it! I think that we spoiled her as a kid!
