Product Review and Giveaway: Orb Factory Twinkle Tiaras Kit (Kingly Crowns)

We were blessed to be able to receive a wonderful package from The Orb Factory, with tiaras and crowns kits, before Kiddo's party! I knew they would be great for the party, as what young child doesn't love a crown and bling? Yup, they all do!

We received a Twinkle Tiara Kit (which is the one we'll also be giving away today!), which includes 6 foam tiaras, complete with velcro closures, and enough crystal stick beads and foam pieces, to complete them. As you can see, from the party pictures below, the tiaras have numbers on them, that correspond to the different color pads and beads (in all over 1300 pieces!). A handy color/number matcher is also included in the kid. Here is what a completed tiara would look like:

This was a great activity to start the party off, as the early birds could work on theirs, until the other party guests could arrive, and then the late comers could work on theirs as the party progressed. As you can see from the photos, the kids had alot of fun with them!

We were also sent a set of the Kingly Crowns, for the boys. They are yellow, versus pink, so the boys were quite happy about that! And as you can see, even the boys adored their crowns! The difference in the crown and tiara kits is that the tiaras have individual pouches of gems and bling, attached to every tiara, whereas the crowns have a master set to divide up between them all.Not a big deal really for us, but the girls were thrilled to be able to take the extras home, and finish their tiaras later.

The only issue we found with the crowns and tiaras, was for the older kids (6 and 7)- we had move the velcro tab so that is was half off the crown, in order for the crowns to fit around their heads. As they had their hair pulled back, it was easy to wrap under their pony tails, and that way the exposed velcro didn't bother them (course after a couple runs on the slide, one ended up going above the pony tail!).

These kits were absolutely adorable and the kids all loved them, but none of them finished putting on the jewels or tabs- there was just too many! But they loved them, as their designs were all unique!  They were a great take away for the kids! If we have a tea party/princess party, I will definitely be buying them again!
