Last month I shared with you a review and giveaway of
Weight Watchers Smart Ones Meals
and I am super elated to be able to offer another giveaway
as part of our Welcome to Fall Ya'll Bonanza!
Halloween is almost upon us, with the onslaught of candy,
and what follows that?
Yup endless holiday parties and dinners!
And if you live around NOLA, that time period is extended
waaayyy into February, thanks to Mardi Gras
(can you say King Cake?)
So what's a girl to do, to try to stay in that little black dress
for all the parties and functions?
Think about the Weight Watchers 6 Smart Eating Principles
when making all of your meals, breakfasts, snacks and desserts!
- Portion Control, so you can enjoy the foods you love- this is where the Smart Ones meals are so great- they are perfectly portion to reduce any confusion!
- Breakfast is crucial- it starts your day off right and staves off hunger all day long
- Smart eating includes a variety of foods with protein
- Whole grains, fruits and vegetables can help you feel full longer
- Smart desserts and snacks can help you stay on track
- Support and knowledge are critical for making smart food decisions
Which of those ‘6 smart eating principles’ do you think YOU
can incorporate into your holiday season, to keep up healthy eating habits?
Weight Watchers is giving us 5 FREE meals coupons, so in honor of the month, 2 readers will win 2 coupons, and the third will get one!
And be sure to get your Smart Ones $3 coupon too!
Disclosure / Disclaimer: I received this offer for the giveaway, free of charge, from Weight Watchers Smart Ones as part of their Soc ial Chorus Program, for blog purposes. No other compensation, monetary or in kind, has been received or implied for this post. Nor was I told how to post about them
I think that whole grains, fruits and vegetables that can help me feel full longer are the ticket to eating sensibly during the holidays. And also leaving room for a few of those special treats.
