Product Review and Giveaway: Mia Mariu Cosmetics

Yup, Mia Mariu! You've probably seen a lot of bloggers talking about them, and wondered just HOW great were their products, like I did. I recently got the chance to try out some of their great products and was THRILLED with them!

I was sent a collection of makeup products:

1. Mineral Eye Shadow Duo in Luna de Mel- made with pure minerals and luxurious color pigments, this rosey mauve duo glides gently on your skin and stays on for hours without smudging, fading or creasing. The duo comes with a typical makeup applicator, but is best applied with a multi-purpose eye shadow brush. I love that the colors can go from daytime to night, with just a second application of more color! I wore it for daytime and nighttime, and both ways not only looked great, they lasted without any smudging, or loss of color! Woo hoo!

There are 5 duos to choose from, and 2 touchup kits, that combine shadow, blush and pressed powder.

2. Loose Mineral Shadow Liner in Azabache- a glittery charcoal color, this shadow is PERFECT for lining your eyes, or using as eye shadow. I opted to get it to use with the Petit Detail Brush, as a liner. I LOVE the way it goes on- so smooth and easy! I was amazed at how much color stayed on my eye. You know how sometimes when you use mineral powders they look good in the tub and on the brush, but seem to fade on your eyes? NOT this one! It is literally PERFECT! I love the sparkle you get from it- it is just the right amount to highlight your eyes, and not seem like you're wearing your teenager's makeup.

There are eight colors to choose from.

3. Petite Detail Brush #18-  designed to give you even control application of color, via use of small strokes. Can be used to highlight your brows and apply special accents.The brush was perfect for applying the shadow liner! I love that it comes in a resealable holder, so you can keep the tip safe.Eye liner Brush #25 is actually for eye lining, but I like this type of brush better, as if I take it with me, I can use it for eye shadow as well.

There are 8 different brushes to choose from.

4. Luminous Lip Gloss in Romance- when looking at the 4 color choices, I had a hard time making up my mind, but decided to go with a more neutral color that I could wear day or night. This lip gloss has sparkling shine, in a vitamin rich hydrating formula, to give your lips an irresistible look. Contains Vitamin A, C and E to nourish your lips as well. I was pretty impressed with how long the gloss lasted. I'm really bad about lipstick/gloss coming off, so if this could stick with me for 3 hours, it has staying power! And it didn't look like I was wearing a kids' gloss- a huge plus!

I really love the products and they are in  my everyday makeup bag- you know the one that goes with you no matter where you go?

I have a gold undertone, but as you can see, they kept their rosy coloring! And while the eyeliner wasn't deep- the color REALLY shows!
