We were invited to check out the video and calling features of the website and I have to say I was amazed at how WELL the productions looked with the personalization, and Kiddo was just flat awestruck! I loved that I could set the call and video up in advance, and then pull them up and initiate them, when they were most beneficial.
The process is very simple for both! For the phone call from Santa, you go the the Call Center, select the call scenario you want (including great academic behavior, behavior needing improvement, birthday message and a call from the sleigh on Christmas Eve!), and a phone number to call, then

- premium plus plus- $20.99- same as premium plus, with added interactive letter from Santa with exclusive augmented reality and facial recognition (webcam is required)!
The phone call has 14 scenarios to choose from, can be sent to landline or cell phone and lasts 2 minutes.
Kiddo was ENRAPTURED with the call- I had it on speaker and she was all smiles and awe that Santa knew her name AND knew she was having problems keeping her toys picked up!
I waited a week and then surprised her with the video, on a day when she had been having issues minding and wanting everything in the stores! Seriously, her watching it may be the BEST part of the Christmas season for me. The delight, awe and enchantment was beyond priceless. She sat in my lap the while time and was talking to Santa when he asked her questions and was just flat speechless that he knew SO much about her and pictures of her, her Christmas tree and her cat! It totally made her day- I'm sure she has already told EVERYBODY at school today about how Santa talked to her and showed her his book on her! FYI- viewing online was fine, but Kiddo wanted a copy of the video, so I had to order it ($6.99, but the look on her face was SO worth it!).
