90 Day Challenge- end of Month One

jan final 90 day

Well Month One is drawing to an end and I have nothing but POSITIVE things to say about Creative Bioscience African Mango 1200!

Injuring my wrist and having to be in a wrist splint for 3 weeks, pretty much put a quash on a full workout, as lifting weights and doing any exercises that required being on your arm/supporting weight with arm was not a possibility.I also found that the first week taking alot of pain meds did not go too well with the African Mango. In theory it should not have been an issue, but I did experience some stomach upset. Going off the African Mango for a couple of days seemed to resolve the issue, until I was off the pain killers.

I found the increase in energy stayed ALL day, all month long, as long as I was taking the African Mango. When I went off of it for those 3 days, I immediately could tell the difference!

The main difference was adjusting to trying to eat 5 meals versus 3 meals a day. After the first week I realized that the African Mango was increasing my metabolism so much, that I was finding myself HUNGRY after 4 hours of eating. So by trying to eat 5 smaller meals, I kept the hunger pangs at bay, and felt a leveling out of my energy levels.

And that was really what this month was- an adjustment, making better food choices and knowing when I could splurge and when I couldn't- things like the Better with M premier and the Superbowl, are days you know you will EAT, but you can still eat less, and try to make better choices. Miss Grace and I found out that we both REALLY like Orowheat and Pepperidge Farms Sandwich Thins. She liked the fact that they are smaller and have no crusts, I like that they are presliced, have 5 grams of fiber (to fill you up) and are only 100 calories for both! When you like sandwiches for lunch and having toast in the am, if you can cut down on your calorie/fat level with the bread alone, it can make a huge difference.

Doctors and dieticians recommend aiming for slow and sure weight loss, at 1-2 pounds per week. With the African Mango and limited exercise, I lost 8 pounds this month, and I'm happy with that. It's all about starting and sticking WITH a plan, not counting on a product to 'do it all' for you. So I am pleased with how African Mango worked this month and am looking forward to seeing how well the Raspberry Kerotone works this month!
