Synopsis: All too often, people become lost and dissatisfied, unclear of their purpose or direction. The newly released spiritual journal, 31-Day Spiritual Mindset Makeover, guides readers on a spiritual partnership with God for a mindset transformation that brings true happiness and a renewed sense of purpose.
Author and spiritual life coach Carlene B. Charlemagne believes God designed each individual with a plan and purpose of service to Him and to others. Often, however, people cannot find this purpose and potential, leading to a lack of fulfillment and joy in life.
Charlemagne's 31-Day Spiritual Mindset Makeover takes readers on a mindset transformation based on the book of Proverbs. The book guides readers to partner with God month to month, inviting gradual, spiritual change in 30, 60 or 90 days, ultimately providing joy and fulfillment in every area of life.
Review: The author states "Proverbs deals with counsel for every area of human experience and relationship", thus it is the perfect book to learn from, and to model our lives on. Each chapter begins with a reading from Proverbs, followed by the daily scripture and wisdom from it, then the author offers a spiritual mindset- how to interpret the reading into that day's thinking, and then is followed by a space for writing a journal entry, again based on ideas from the reading. Then there is a daily worksheet and space for notes. The book would be wonderful for an adult bible study group, looking for a new way to understand God's plan, or for a college age group to rediscover the old testament, that many young people leave behind in their childhood. I highly recommend it to give you renewed insight and teachings!
