Ah back to school! Done screaming with joy yet?
I know, I know.......
Ok, composed?
Today I have a nIfty little item that might be just the perfect thing for your little fashionista,
who has an OCD leaning!
Meet the Halo Sani-Cuff!
When your kids get on the bus for school, so do the germs! Whether in the classroom or on the playground at recess, your children are bound to pick up some germs throughout the day. Instead of worrying about yucky bacteria on their little hands just make sure you are encouraging good hygiene!
Halo Sani-Cuffs are comfortable, stylish, and collectible hand sanitizer wristbands for kids that give parents piece-of-mind that their little ones are never more than an arm’s length away from fighting germs. The flexible plastic band has a refillable center that allows parents to fill it with hand sanitizer, and then when their child needs it, all they have to do is to push the H in the middle of it, and out it comes!
There are 6 different colored Sani-Cuffs, all with their own characters. Plus you can purchase their own alcohol-free hand sanitizer, that is very kid-friendly!
Things that we found out:
1. be careful when filling the bracelet- it is very easy to put too much pressure and have sanitizer all over the place.
2. the filling dispenser (that comes with the cuff) only needs to have about 2 thimbles full of hand sanitizer max(but it will hold 3 times that it seems).
3. if the cuff is pressed NEARthe H, the sanitizer will still come out.

Miss Grace tried a trial run of out running errands with me, to see how the band would work, before wearing to school. Unfortunately, she kept hitting it, and we soon realized it would not work for HER at school, as she is too active and would constantly be hitting it. However, when outside playing in the sand pit, riding the bike or 4 wheeler or swinging, it worked GREAT, and was wonderful for helping her to get the uckkk off her hands BEFORE she came inside.
So we love the band for off- time play or hiking/walking, but not so much for school. But your child might be different and it might work great for them at school. Miss Grace's school is germophobic and they have hand sanitizer EVERYWHERE, and the kids use it, so for us, this is an after-school item.
The cuffs sell for $3.99 online, or at different stores- check the store locator, for one near you!
