Review
One of the HARDEST things about Miss Grace being on the gluten-free/remineralizing diet is eating OUT. Making sure items are prepared properly, and to the guidelines of the diet, can be a royal headache. So I was thrilled when I saw this book was available for review, and it has been a superb guide for me to try to start making decisions on what we can get for Miss Grace when we're out and about! With over 175 dishes from 7 different ethnic cuisines, I now have a MUCH better idea on what to order for Miss Grace, no matter what type of restaurant we go to!

I loved how the book breaks down food prep in restaurants, to help you understand HOW to order off a regular menu, in case the restaurant you are at doesn't have a gluten-free menu! While we don't travel much, outside our region, the included checklists are beneficial for those that travel cross country and internationally, as well. I've also downloaded the Gluten Free Passport food app (available for android and iOS), so I always have assistance at hand as well!

I highly recommend this book if you are on a gluten-free diet, or to give as a gift to someone who is on one, as a great Christmas present!
