Have you started thinking about this year's Christmas cards?

I know I haven't, what with Miss Grace's new diet, dance classes, school, the fair, Halloween, vacation schedules.....SIGH, I haven't even thought about a Christmas outfit, much less the card!

shutterfly 2013 holiday card collection

Which is why I am super excited about the Shutterfly 2013 holiday card collection- they have absolutely gorgeous cards, that are even better than last year's!

This year's collection includes 5x7 folded , tri fold & back of card designs.

striped joy cardSometimes you want a simple, classic design, like the gorgeous Falling Snowflake design, on the left, which allows you to add 7 wonderful photos, with red or black background (I'm partial to the black!), and even add another photo image or design on the inside panel!

Other times, you want a Contemporary, modern, trendy, colorful, texture rich, layered, design, with lots of shine, glitter, and that can even use your Instagram pictures! I love the new Striped Joy card, on the right, with it's bright colors that draw attention to your wonderful picture!

peace love cookies card

Feeling whimsical? Shutterfly has you covered too! Check out the Peace, Love, Cookies Card above. Can't you just imagine your little cherub, in that picture? I know I can think of lots of different set ups for that picture- from making cookies, to eating cookies, to giving cookies to Santa, to setting out cookies for Santa! Just too many fun pictures for this adorable card! I don't know if I could decide on just one!

Having FUN is a great element when deciding on pictures for your Christmas cards- who wants to see another BORING posed picture of kids? Nope, we want to see the glint in their eyes, their dimples and laughter! Pick a Merry and Bright: card and showcase the laughter in your children's faces! I love the Merriest and Brightest Card, both for it's colors and for it's message! And being able to add 6 photos, gives you a chance to showcase family FUN!

blessed beyond words card

shine bright cardAnd if you want to keep 'the reason for the season' up front, Shutterfly has you covered with some lovely religious cards!

I LOVE the Blessed Beyond Words card, left,  for those you have newly adopted a child- for the sentiment truly represents the blessing that adoption is!

and their Shine Bright Hanukkah card is lovely and sends the essence of the holiday season as well- I love that it is not traditional, but sends the right message!

All the Shutterfly personalized photo cards can be altered with different background colors, amount of pictures, fonts, and even the family name highlights, so each card is UNIQUE to your family, and sends the message that YOU want to send this holiday season!

Personally I am stumped to pick my favorite card from the Shutterfly 2013 Holiday Card collection! The Peace, Love, Cookies is #1, but there are a couple more I'm considering! What about you? Did any of these cards make you say 'oh wow!'?

  1. Hmm, I've always kind of liked Larry as far as VeggiTales goes. Of the new Shutterfly options, I liked the Snowflake icon card--looks very classic. Also, Snowflakes Galore.
