Imagine a Halloween without sweet treats - a group of young trick-or-treaters were asked to try some healthy alternatives to traditional Halloween candy and the results were...scary.

Now us Gluten-Free/Sugar-Free moms, know there are some better alternatives that what these kids were offered, but you gotta admit the kids reactions WERE funny!

But for those followers who are NOT dealing with these issues and are not converting to natural products, you can dig into the Halloween candy and keep your teeth cavity-free with
For us, Halloween candy IS scary- as Miss Grace is still remineralizing her teeth, and most Halloween candy is pretty much everything on the list she can't have! I know, poor baby! So we'll be sorting her haul (that really is the best way to put it- last year we had to OFF-LOAD her bucket into the wagon so she could finish the remaining HALF of the neighborhood! Yup- our neighbors LOVE Halloween too! ) and letting her have the things that are on her list, and maybe allowing one or two pieces as a treat (but followed with an immediate brushing of said toothies!). And Miss Grace has been a super trooper saving and giving away her candy, as it comes to her, so I know we'll be sharing whatever she gets on Halloween night, for any Christmas parade, that she or anyone in the family is in!

What about your family?
