Review:
Just when your kids say 'I'm too old for VeggieTale's, hand them this book and watch their eyes light up! The book is a I Can Read Level 1 reader- with simple sentences for new readers. But we found it crossed over into Level 2 at times, with some of the vocabulary. Which meant for a first grader, it was the perfect book for her to read out loud! As there are 3 books in one- this gave us 3 days of daily reading! YEAH! And because they are in a format your kids are familiar with, they are happy to open them up and read them!

As a parent, I love how each book teaches a valuable lesson, and ties in a proverb with each book. Miss Grace LOVED being able to read the story of her favorite characters and relate them to the different videos. The books also open up plenty of discussion time between parents and kids, about the different topics- honesty, anger, education and even reading! We can't recommend these books enough, and with Easter on it's way, they would be great Easter gifts too!

There are 2 other books in the new Level 1 series already:

There are also individual books, from the previous series, in different levels!
