I can still remember the first time my mom made a 'tunnel' cake for my birthday cake- we all were 100% surprised at the pudding center and how she managed to make it! The next year was a checkerboard cake with my two favorite cake flavors. So it's no wonder I wanted to check out this book to learn those secrets!

  1. These cakes take so much effort that it is almost a shame to eat them. Notice I say almost, because I would still devour the entire thing in one sitting.
