Treasury of Bible Stories cover

Synopsis:

Children ages 4-8 will be delighted by these rhyming Bible stories pairing spiritual truths with playful illustrations.

Featuring lyrical stories full of lighthearted moments, this colorful collection of Magnificent Tales is perfect for reading out loud. As families read these stories night after night, they will make memories together while learning about the Bible.

Review:

As you can see from the trailer, the illustrations are bright and colorful, and sure to grab your child's attention, and hold it! The stories are wonderful to read out loud, and they are perfect for early readers, as their rhymes will help them with the reading itself. In fact, I would say up to age 10 would enjoy the readings! It is a hefty book at over 350 pages, but the 20 stories (like Tricked by a Snake, Let My People Go, The Biggest and the Toughest or Lost and Found) are also short enough that they could be used for Sunday School class readings, and they offer a easily to understand story for kids. With Christmas on it's way, this would be a lovely family gift idea, to encourage family bible study!
