Our first book review about Ireland today!

Synopsis:

Laila Byrne made a final promise to her friend. She will travel more and work less. After sticking a pin in a map of the world, she heads off to Ireland.

Laila's trip doesn't work out as planned, but the mix-up results in a chance encounter with a handsome Irishman, Alasdair.

Alasdair spends all his waking hours trying to figure out how to keep his family’s century old pub, The Empress of Ireland, open for business. He doesn’t have time for anything. But when the lovely American comes across his path, will he find time?

Once you come to Ireland, you may never leave.

Review

This story is Book One in The Places to See Series, and is a super quick read, at only 90 pages. It is really more of a novella really, and at only 1.99 a cheap buy (or you can get all 5 books for under $5 (ebook))! It is an enjoyable romance about finding your true place in life, and everything that makes you happy falling into place. Each book in the series is about another one of the set of friends, and her adventure that she goes on (in keeping to promise they make after the death of a fellow friend, to escape from what they know). Each is written by a different author, which is a really great way to get you to read different authors, and find out about their writing!  Each story promises an adventure and a romance, making them perfect for light Fall reading by the fire! You'll enjoy them as much as I enjoyed this book!

The series is:
Book 2 is Island Bride (amy)
Book 3: Love is in the Air (Sophie)
Book 4: Unchartered Love (Ellie)
Book 5: Chasing Dreams of Love (Meg)

About the Author:

Sharon Kleve was born and raised in Washington and currently lives on the Olympic Peninsula with her husband.

Sharon is a multi-published author of paranormal and contemporary romance. She loves romance. She loves reading romance, living romance, and especially loves writing about romance. She gets no greater feeling than watching her characters come alive in each other's arms. Most of all, she loves giving her characters the happily ever after they deserve--with a few bumps and bruises along the way.
One of her favorite things to do is picking up a new book and sinking into the story, immersing herself in the emotions between the characters. She hopes to inspire her readers the same way her favorite authors have inspired her.

When not writing, she can usually be found either curled up in her recliner with her cat and a good book, or in the kitchen baking sourdough bread or bagels. Check out her blog for more info at  http://authorsharonkleve.blogspot.com/
