My kit came with these oil pods-
Breathe (yellow/clearing)- Cedarwood, Peppermint, Lemon and Eucalyptus
Passion (pink/ passion)- Lavender, Citrus, Palmarosa, Clove, Pachouli, and Cinnamon
Unwind (green/ unwind)- Sweet Orange, Bergamot, Pettigrain, Lavender Patouchi, and Vetiver
You can also purchase 3 other blends: Clear (for sharp focus), Night (calming), and Wisdom (enlightening), Essio's essential oils are 100% USDA-certified organic and there are no synthetics or harsh chemicals used whatsoever!
The Essio system is extremely easy to install, even a child could do it (if they could reach the shower head! LOL). It took literally 2 minutes from start to finish to have the system ready to go, and best part? NO tools required! And because of the ease of installation, you can take it from shower to shower, if you need to- Which can make it a great traveling companion too!
The attachment arm clips onto the standard shower pipe that is in most showers. Don't worry that it seems too short- the pod holder pulls OUT and down, so your pod is in the water stream!
You unsnap the top of the oil pod and remove it. This then activates the pod. You then just snap it into place on the Essio swing arm, and extend over the shower head into the water, instantly creating aroma, as the oil comes down into the water stream.
Each pod will last around 4 - 5 showers on average, but you can get more by tilting the device up and saving for later. This is very easy to do, and again, because it is SO easy to install, you can even take the arm, with the pod attached off, and lay it in the box upright, to keep any oil from spilling, until you're ready to use it again. This is a key point, as the oils ARE strong, and if you have anyone in the family with asthma or allergies, removing it when not in use may be needed.
The Passion oil is very enliving and the Unwind is definitely calming- Miss Grace loved it, which she should as it has some of her favorite scents in it. Due to family allergies to Eucalyptus, we didn't try the breathe oil.
