Building God’s kingdom—one step at a time
There are few faith-based books aimed at boys. This new inspirational brand for little boys resonates with the hot construction trend such as Where Do Diggers Sleep At Night? and Goodnight, Goodnight, Construction Site. Construction and trucks remain an evergreen interest with boys, making these books strong standalone titles.
Synopsis:
It’s time to get to work! The trucks have gotten their assignment and are ready to build! But as they prepare to head to the construction site, Tipper tells a lie. And Tipper’s lie catches up with him . . . ! How will they do their jobs and learn about why God says it’s so important to be honest? Dozer, Diggit, Stretch, and Tipper must use their special traits and work together to get their job done and bring glory to God.
Parents will love this fun story that helps kids learn about honesty and telling the truth.

Review:
This new series, aimed primarily at boys ages 3-7, is a wonderful way to introduce Christian morals, while being an excellent early reading resource! The board books are perfectly sized for kids this age, and the text is perfectly suited for being read aloud and for learning site words. Which also makes it great for those homeschooling! The colors are super bright, the illustrations simple, and they are sure to entrance your little boy! I love that they allow for some great discussion when you finish reading the books! They would be a great Christmas present for the favorite little boy in your life, especially with a couple of construction vehicle toys!

ReplyDeleteI think its patience. Sometimes you have to go over it again and again until they finally get it and it helps to learn that sometimes you have to wait and work for things instead of instant self gratification.

We teach our kids that they are an important part of Gods Kingdom by telling them they can pray for others and help like Operation Christmas Shoebox and by showing kindness to others.
