If you've seen a recent TV show that focused on the bible,
you might think you know your bible pretty well!

This new interactive game really puts your knowledge to the test!

About the game:
For 2-4 players, ages 12+
Wisdomantics–New King James Version (NKJV) is an interactive DVD board game for players of various faiths who desire to gain the vast wisdom of King Solomon. Wisdomantics-NKJV utilizes the proverbs of Solomon and blends chance, knowledge and strategy to create a fun experience while you learn!

The game’s intent is to bring individuals together to learn how to cope with numerous situations in a fun and relaxed environment. Inside the box you’ll find 2 interactive DVDs with 400 questions, score cards, blessing cards, and more! Watch a How-To on playing Wisdomantics here!

Basically you lay out the game board, blessing and advancement cards, place the tile holder in the middle, and give every player a Solomon's Temple card and a game token. Then you plug in the first DVD, and start it, picking which quiz section you want to start with. Then you pass the Question card to the first player.

When you answer a question correctly on the first guess, King Solomon congratulates you and you get to draw an Advancement card, which will move you forward (or backwards) on the game board. If you don't get it right, you get an 'Incorrect Screen'. You get 3 tries to get the question right.

Once you get the question right, King Solomon quotes the bible passage and awards you a tile.

The goal is to move around the board while gaining enough tiles to build your King Solomon's temple (fill up your card with tiles). You can exchange Blessing cards for more tiles, even taking tiles from other players, adding to the strategy factor.

This is a fun game for kids and adults. I was rather surprised with how many phrases my daughter knew on the first try! When you get to the 200-400 series, the questions are harder, but she did really well in that area too! The game can also be played alone as a group game, with having different groups vying against each other to answer the bible questions first (and correctly). Which means the game can be really fun for bible study or teen groups!

You can order the game on the Wisdomantics official website. It makes a great family Christmas present, and one that keeps on giving, as it allows for discussions as the bible phrases come up.

We love this game and your family too!
