As you can see there is some even browning all the way around! I tested them with sugar snickerdoodles (which spread for some reason) and peanut butter cookies.
These sheets are super easy to clean up too! Simply rinse off in warm soapy water and air dry. And they dry pretty quickly! I found that I just had to wipe with a paper towel in between trays while cooking multiple batches of cookies!
