Well since I brought up Halloween....

How about a quick Summer read about witches, that is also a police procedural?

And did I mention it is from one of my favorite new authors?

Synopsis:

Wes Rockville, a disgraced law enforcement agent, is given one last chance to prove himself and save his career when he's reassigned to a 232 year old secret government organization, The Witches Protection Program.

His first assignment: uncover a billion-dollar Cosmetics company’s diabolical plan of using witchcraft for global domination, while protecting its heiress Morgan Pendragon from her aunt’s evil deeds.

Reluctantly paired with veteran witch protector, Alastair Verne, Wes must learn to believe in both witches and himself.

Review

This is a super fun roller coaster of a read, that I finished in one sitting! It starts a little slow and then suddenly you can't turn the pages quick enough (which seems to be a trademark of Cash's, LOL). You'll recognize the satire from different police shows and supernatural movies, but Cash gives us characters that really interest the reader, and that made you want to keep reading and start hoping for a sequel! I'd love for this to be the basis of a new series featuring Wes and his cases in the WPP!  This is one of those books that you find yourself smiling through and thinking who you have to pass it on to next to read! Your teens will love it too! Don't miss this fun book!
