Review:

Ah the Vampire genre....

It's literally been done to death (pun intended), so when I read the synopsis for this book, I thought 'hmm, this sounds a bit different' and opted to buy the ebook. This is book 1 of the planned 8 book (!!) series, and the cliffhanger ending may leave the reader screaming "Noooooo!", LOL. It is an interesting read, with the change in genre of Beth becoming a vampire initially not by dying but intermingling of blood. Because it is a debut novel that was planned to be a series, there are some things that aren't explained enough that may leave you wanting more information, which I'm sure will be in the subsequent books. It's a page turner though and I finished it in 2 sittings/ If you are looking for something different, give this take on the Vampire legend a try.
