The coloring book really helps you to unwind after a busy day, by relieving stress though your creative side. And the downtown frequently lets your brain work on things that are causing you stress, and I've found, to provide me with a sudden solution to the problem! It's amazing how when you quiet you mind by being creative, suddenly other problems resolve themselves unconsciously!
I love the sturdier pages in this book, that really help if you want to pull a page out to frame it or decopauge it onto something. Think of it as a stress reliever that can also fulfill your gift giving needs! LOL. I would say pencils would work better with this book, unless you have fine tip markers, as some of the sections to color are VERY small!
