As you can see this book has some very simple projects, that are presented in super bright colors, to get your kids attention, and to keep it! The instructions are pretty basic and you could pretty much give this book to say a 6-11 year old, and they could work their own way through it. There might be 1 or 2 things for the younger set, you might need to help them with. But as you can see below, the instructions are very simple with wonderful photo instructions.

The projects are very simple, like a bookmark or stuffed bird, but they teach the basic of hand sewing, something that ALL kids need to learn. it's literally a skill you can use all your life. These projects are perfect for using up your scrap materials as well, so not only does your kid get to sew, you can clean up the craft room some! That's always a good thing.
