But what is important is the taste!
Miss Grace would SERIOUSLY eat 2 or 3 packs of these gummies, if I let her! She loves the flavor, and has declared them the ONLY vitamins I need to buy for her from now on!
We have also found that they really give her a good burst of energy in the morning, especially before dance class! She also seems more alert by the time she gets to school, and as her grades have subtly improved, I would say that the vitamin A and B complex, really are doing their job to help her learn!
We love the fresh packs, as it makes it easy for her to grab her own pack in the morning, especially when we're trying to run out the door on Saturday mornings, it's great to not have to struggle to get gummies out of a jar- you know how they get all smooshed together> YUCK!
