How to Get Spectacular Color in Your Art This Back to School Season!

If you did, then you read where I used a new gel pen set to get that amazing color in the coloring book, and now I want to tell you about those great pens, that offer a second option for great no-smear pens this back to School season!

My only quibble is how the pens are secured in the trays. As you can see from the bottom right pix above, there is just a small piece of plastic to hook the pens onto, and then put them in their slots. While it keeps them in place, it makes getting them out of the tray a but of a pain. I wish the trays were a more sturdy formed plastic instead, so the small piece of plastic could be done away with. That would also allow for easy grabbing the color you want, when using them for a project. As you DO want to leave them in the trays, so you know which pens are which type (ie glitter or neon). You could mark them, and put in a larger container, but this is a smaller, more portable one, so you might want to just keep them in their trays.

These pens really offer super smooth writing every time, thanks to their strong durable 0.8 to 1.0 mm tips. That's not much tip difference really, but it does allow for a finer line, when you need it. These pens really offer exceptional vibrant visual results, each and every time!

 I literally pulled from each tray to make the mane and tail, and you can see how the mix really lends to a more dramatic picture. The glitter pens really add just the right amount of sparrkle, but don't overwhelm at the same time. they worked really well with mixing with pencil as well. I was really impressed with the lack of smearing too! I was able to color right on top of each color, with ZERO smear and ink on my hand!
