Sometimes you just need an OLD-FASHIONED activity to keep the kdis occupied and using their noggins over the Summer!

The set includes over 15 classic marble games to build, play and score, as well 25 colorful marbles, an extreme pinball, a monster maze, an awesome arch board, and a 16-page illustrated book.
As you can see, everything comes nice and neat in a brightly colored storage box, that would fit right at home with all your board games! the onyl thing you might need is a new bag, as we ended up having to cut the marble bag open. But the kid had a small cloth bag from another project, that was perfect, so we were good!
And speaking of the marbles- you get different cat's eyes type marbles- regular and shooters, as you can see above, in different colors, so you can have up to 4 players on any given game! Yeah! The simplest included game is the Awesome Arcade, where you attempt to shoot your marbles thruough differnt slots to win points. You can make it easy, or hard, depending on your child's level of marble shooting! It takes all of 30 seconds to set up, just unfold and place the slotted stands in place! Easy Peasy!
The second and third games require a bit more set up! But the 10 year old was able to complete them by just following the color instruction guide! I would say age 7 and up would have no problem with it. The first one, was actually the hardest, and that was the pinball machine. We had a bit of a problem with the shooter, til we figure out if their was multiple marbles it shot better. So it was a 2 for 1 game! But it is easy to set up, taking only about 4 minutes, and provides hours of arcade style fun!
The third game is a marble maze and it delighted the kid AND the cat alike! LOL. It is a double decker maze and you start your marble on deck one and it wraps around board and then drops to the second board, through a hole, and starts the second round, to end up at home level. There was a couple fo hiccups with rolling, but it could have been as the tablecloth wasn't perfectly level udnerneath it. But the kid and cat enjoyed re-starting the marbles, so no issues there!
The included instruction book also includes a helpful diagram of HOW to hold your marble for shooting. We had a few laughs over this, as the adults all had differnt holds, pictures above, and the kid wanted to hold hers diferently! But no matter how you do hold them, there are included games for old-fashioned marble shooting games, that will keep the kids busy for HOURS!
This is a fun set to have for the Summer, to bring back old-fashioend FUN, and to keep kids occupied! And thanks to teh easy set up/take down, you can take it with you on Summer travels easily as well! We highly recommend it!
