I love how kids can get reward for positive behavior, completing assignments and the like. these points can then be used for special classroom privileges, or for shipping at the ClassDojo store! the teacher can even hand out bonus points for Student of the Week!
Don't have enough points?
You can buy items that kids can wear to motivate them, along with motivational posters for home and the classroom, without having to use Dojo points! All the items feature the ClassDojo mascot too!
We were sent a pair of the ClassDojo socks ($20) to try out! The top of the sock is printed with the ClassDojo mascot, on both sides, while the bottom portion is solid black.Miss Grace immediately grabbed them and claimed them, as "they look like my ghillies (Irish dance shoes) and socks!". She advised they are super comfy and snug, thanks to their thick ribbing, which provides a snug fit, and their bottom cushioning! their colors are super bright and thanks to the socks being nylon/cotton/spandex, won't fade either (if you cold wash them and hang dry- it helps keep the elasticity of the ribbing too!).
Yup- they have fun classroom posters, totes, socks and tees, that will make adults and kids alike smile! I can attest to their quality too!
So if your child's class doesn't use ClassDojo, how about showing the teacher what a great part it can play in socializing kids, helping with parent/teacher relations and making the teachers look like a star!
Just make sure you check out the special giveaway first, before you leave!
