This is another great cookbook from the Robert Rose line- it has the basics about using your electric pressure cooker, but then the recipes are anything but! You get 240 pages of recipes, but for those who like them with pictures, sadly only 16 colored photograph pages (1 recipe per page). But on the plus sidethe recipes in this book ARE different than the recipes in Marilyn's previous Instant Pot cookbook! So if you buy both with your new cooker, you would have a complete cooking module to learn how to use your new kitchen helper!

Some of our favorite recipes in this book are Pork Carnitas with Pineapple Habanero Sauce, Honey Bourbon Chicken Leg Quarters, bacon and Beer Cheese Soup (perfect for fall weather!), Filipinbo Chicken with Rice Soup (another great fall recipe and the easiest version I've ever seen for this soup!) and Bakes Cheesy Beef Rotini Casserole )which earned the kid's high five for yummiest!). We haven't ventured into the desserts yet, but the Lemon and Rosemary Stuffed Apples and Strawberry Mini Cheesecakes look easy and yummy too!
