DId you know that 1.76 Billion candy canes are produced every year for the holiday season?
Or that December 26th is National Candy Cane Day?
Sorta makes sense though, right?
So it only makes sense that when the Candy Store surveyed over 50k customers this year, they found that Louisiana's favorite Christmas Candy was Pez! Louisiana loves football so much.
How much? Once when LSU scored a last second touchdown to win a big game, the celebrations from the crowd registered on the Richter scale. NO LIE! So it makes sense that the majority of Pez dispensers sold at Christmas time have a Tigers football helmet on top. Course we also love our light up Rudolph dispensers for the kids too! Skittles came in second, followed by Reese’s Mini Cups.
