As we gear up for the final weekend before Mardi Gras, we need to have fuel for all day at the parade route, as well as drinks to make those Mardi Gras parties ROCK!

2018 Lemonade: Try this recipe for a perfect balance of tart and sweet. Mix 6oz of Cascade Ice Lemonade with a handful of ice and a touch of fresh mint. Add a lemon wedge and a sugar coated rim, for the perfect mocktail look. This one will keep you hollering "throw me somethin Mister!"
New Year New Punch: After all that hard work on getting that cart of beads, you may need a pick me up, before or after you get home to the afetr party! This recipe is a great alternative to traditional sugar packed party punch. Simply pour 4 parts Cascade Ice Pomegranate Berry over ice, mix in mint leaves, lime juice and some pomegranate seeds, and you’re ready to serve!
For our own Mardi Gras adult only drink twist, for the after parade parade party, we combined 1part Cascade Ice Pomegranate Berry over ice with 1 part Cascade Ice Lemonade, and then added 1 part your fvorite rum! Garnish with mint if you like, but this sweet n tart connoction won't last long at your party! PLUS thanks to it's dark pink color, it's a great drink for Valentine's Day next week too!
