Synopsis:

Paddington is happily settled with the Brown family in Windsor Gardens, where he has become a popular member of the community, spreading joy and marmalade wherever he goes. While searching for the perfect present for his beloved Aunt Lucy's 100th birthday, Paddington spots a unique pop-up book in Mr. Gruber's antique shop, and embarks upon a series of odd jobs to buy it. But when the book is stolen, it's up to Paddington and the Browns to unmask the thief.

Review:

Miss Grace and I greatly enjoyed the first Paddington, but we were unable to get to the 2nd movie while it was in theatres, so we were thrilled to be able to review the DVD before its arrival in stores on April 24th!

Paddington 2 is a refreshing movie- both honest, funny and sweet. It's what children's movies should be! Miss Grace may be 11, but she was glued to the screen and held her breath waiting to see if Paddington and the Browns would be able to find the thief in time. The charming ending might even illicit a tear or two! It's the perfect movie for family movie night, or for sleepovers, with its theme of always finding the GOOD! The bonus extras are fun and kids will love learning how to make marmalade, and how Paddington came to be! If you are looking for a movie to melt your heart, this is it!
