I spent all day last Sunday in flats, which is usually not a big deal, but these flats had ZERO arch supports and cushioning. And walking from sidewalk to ground, and back all day, left my feet ACHING. Add in that nice little bruise you can see in the picture above, from where Miss Grace was trying on new hardshoes (Irish dance) and put the heel down on my leg (5 lb heel HURTS!), and I definitely needed some TLC!
