Review:

With a kid with a collection of over 15 bath bombs continually, I REALLY wanted to check this book out to see if it might be cheaper to let her maker her own! And once you actually get set up, It definitely can be a LOT more fun and inexpensive than to buy them! Citric Acid is probably the main product you will have to purchase, but some local pharmacies still carry it, and larger box stores. If not, hobby stores, or the internet can step in. If you already have essential oils, then you may find adding them versus 'scents' might be a more organic and cheaper way to make them.

In fact, Miss Grace is already deciding which scents and colors she wants to make for both birthday and Christmas presents! Your kid might just be the same, and decide there's a business to be had in making school colors, holiday themed and lovely smelling bath bombs to sell at school! And with Summer still on, plenty of time to make them, using the great and very simple instructions included in this book (see picure above for example)! This is a FUN book, and Miss Grace has already gone through the book multiple times, and you kids will have JUST as much fun as she has with it too! Just don't tell them they're really practicing some science when they make them! LOL
