Summer is coming to an end, and you may no longer have time for those great tasting BBQ dishes you had all Summer long, thanks to school activities and all those extracurriculars that creep up about this time of year.

But thanks to this new product, you CAN enjoy great tasting BBQ ALL YEAR round, in the comfort of YOUR kitchen, no matter the weather!

power grill

Meet your new kitchen buddy: The Power Smokeless Grill!

This new indoor grill allows you to BBQ your favorite foods to perfection year-round, but without the hassle of having to stand outside in the cold and rain! You won’t have to worry about the smoke alarm going off either, since it’s built-in smoke extracting fan takes away all that all hot, smoky air!

Its unique features include not only an extra-large cooking surface (13.5” X 8”) that is covered in easy to clean Non-stick coating, but it can be heated up to 450 degrees! Plus it features easy to clean, removable parts!

As you can see, the grill totally breaks down, so it is easy to clean!

On the bottom layer, you have the water tray that holds 2 cups of water, to help your grill eliminate smoke. Then it has the drip tray. On top of that is your heating coil, that is ATTACHED to the side handles and control pan, for easy removal- you just pick it up by the handles, no having to remove the element! YEAH! Then you have your non-stick grilling tray, with it's own handles that slot down when cooking, put pull up for carrying. It also features a second element underneath it for better cooking! Then you have the glass tempered top, with its rubber seal!

Your control element is on the right and is easy to turn the temp up and down, using the touch panel. Typically you can cook pork at 350 degrees (you can check out other recipes on the website, for cooking temps). On top of the control you have the fan switch. You CAN turn it off and on, and you'll see the smoke immediately turn off when you turn it on! As you can see the grill surface itself is rather large, as these were 4 VERY large pork steaks, from the last hog we had butchered. I love that you get the grill marks, that impart that special BBQ flavor! You can get 8 good size burgers on it too! These pork steaks were finished in less than 12 minutes! After grilling on both sides, I coated them with the BBQ sauce below and let them cook. You can't get the same BBQ sauce experience, I have found, but you can get a cooked light coating.
