Now that you've washed your body- how about your washing machine?

Whether you have a new bundles of joy, stinking piles of sports laundry, or bedding from a bedridden family member, your washing machine has gonr though a LOT. And now you may be smelling some of those odors on the next batch of laundry, no matter what you do! And nobody has time to do the same load of laundry multiple times, right?

But maybe it isn't the laundry- maybe it's your MACHINE!

Did you know that to save water and energy, HE washers incorporate designs such as low water use and air-tight seals that can create a higher potential for this build-up of residues. This causes not only an unpleasant odor but it can also reduce your washing machine’s efficiency and increase the likelihood of malfunctions. And that explains why I was having such headaches trying to get the odors OUT of my HE machine! We had tried everything!

Carbona, the company that KNOWS stains, understands the dilemna and have come up with THE solution to getting a clean and odor-free washing machine: Carbona® Washing Machine Cleaner with Activated Charcoal:

.Carbona® Washing Machine Cleaner with Activated Charcoal

This new cleaner, isn't like the other ones you may have tried (hands raised for trying EVERYTHING? Yup me too!). This formula is made TO attract and bind odor-causing residue, dirt, and limescale,  for a complete machine clean, the FIRST time you use it!

As you know, we LOVE charcoal for it's natural cleaning, and knowing HOW well it works on stained teeth, I figured this new cleaner just might have a shot with our washing machine too! You see that's because charcoal is a natural ingredient that is extremely porous, and acts like a “sponge magnet” for dirt when activated – so your mchine gets clean and the odors DON'T return to your laundry!

And you can't get much easier to use either!

You just open up order detergeant trays, and add some of the cleaner, and let them soak for 20 minutes. WHO knew that these little trays could be such a source of odor and residue? But the proof is in the pictures (PLEASE excuse how bad mine look, they've never been cleaned, I didn't realize the could be!):

Ewwwww, right? Just LOOK at the difference between the left and right containers! That was with just 20 minutes of Carbona sitting in it and working it's magic!

Here's a better shot....Yeah.....somewhat better....but consider this has been almost 2 years with no cleaning of the trays, and a lot of detergeant and additives used. It looks darker than what it is. Im actually shockced at how much GUNK came up out of both trays, and UNDER them!

Then you add the rest f the bottle to your washer tub, and then run a regular cycle, and BAMMM, you have a fresh washing machine that almost smells brand new! AND best yet, NO more odor residue on your freshly washed laundry! YEAH!!!!

I am SOLD on this cleaner! We'll be keeping it on our shopping list! It is recommended that you use it once a month, especially if you are washing infant clothes, highly dirty clothes, or ones with smells. And since it's so inexpensive (under $4), you budget won't mind either! Especially since it keeps your laundry FRESH! You can purchase it  nationwide at select retail outlets and online at Carbona.com! And it's safe for standard AND HE machines alike!

So what are you waiting for?

Pick up some Carbona® Washing Machine Cleaner with Activated Charcoal today and give YOUR washing machine a fall CLEAN too!
