Review:

This is a fun, quick read, that brings Julia back to her hometown, and introduces readers to the many characters in her small village. Add in some rom com elements, a murder with no obvious clues, and some great sounding food, and you have a book you don't want to put down! I read this in one sitting, as it was such a quick read! But be warned, you'll be craving cake by the time you finish! LOL. I'm looking forward to reading the rest of the series, and you will too!
