And now for a lovely new book for kids...

god i know your there cover

Synopsis:

Where is God? Is He real?

Look closely and you can see God's touch all over creation. Like the sun, God is warm. Like the stars, God is dazzling. Like the wind, God is all around, everywhere. God, I Know You're There, by bestselling author Bonnie Rickner Jensen and illustrator Lucy Fleming, reminds children of the nearness and goodness of God. Children will discover that God never leaves their side, even if they can’t see or feel Him.

Each page will help children understand the many things in the world we can't see, touch, or hear are just as real as God is. And even if God feels distant, He is real and He is near.

Review:

This is an adorable book that will quickly grab your child's attention, thanks to the bright, whimsical drawings from Lucy! Kids will delight in finding the animals in each page, and in the delightful prose, that helps to explain that there are many things that can be defined, but not touched/felt, but that we know exist. It's a simple way for kids to understand how even if we don't physically SEE/FEEL God, we know he is with us! It's perfect for family and Sunday school class use alike, and would be a lovely addition to any Easter basket!
