These recipe booklets feature some very yummy recipes from the Coast of Mississippi,
featuring Shrimp, Crab, Fish and Oysters!
They are all family recipes, or from chefs along the coast!
Here's a sample, for a super dish that is great in Spring hors d'oeuvre platters for brunches, baby showers and Easter tables! You can put it in the puff shells, OR make packets with phyllo/croissant dough. We've also made a crescent ring with it!
