Review:

This pocket sized book is the PERFECT book to have, and to give, if you love essential oils, and the healing they can provide! You get information on the different types of emotions, including physical and mental symptoms, and then recommendations for mindfulness and the use of essential oils, to aleviate symptoms. The 50 essential oils used in the book are ones that are very common, and it is easy to get great quality ones, at reasonable prices, with a little searching. I would not recommend the ones you get locally at your major box stoes- generally they are too distilled and don't have enough of the true oil to do what is recommended in this book. We have used most of the oils in this book, but it is great to have the differnt recipes, by what they help WITH, in a small reference book! I do have to admit the Anxiety helper below, really has seemed to help Miss Grace focus and concentrate, so if you have kids with ADHD, you might want to give it a try! All the blends are super easy to make, and this book will be one you turn to over and over, if you use oils! We highly recommend it for keeping, and for giving this holiday season!
