Oh oh, you heard that right?

47 days to Christmas!

SIGH, is your diet and lifestyle ready?

If not, it's time to get this book!

As women age, they'll tell you they gain weight from just looking at a potato chip ─ and there's no denying it becomes more difficult to keep weight off after middle-age. The reason renowned health coaches and co-authors Danna Demetre (67) and Robyn Thomson (53) are lean and look ten years younger than their actual age is outlined in their new science-based book Eat, Live, Thrive Diet: A Lifestyle Plan to Rev Up Your Midlife Metabolism. De-bunking the one-size-fits-all diet plan, they apply a multi-faceted approach to a total health transformation that will slow down external aging and keep excess weight off forever!

Synopsis:

From the well-known health and lifestyle coaches of the widely popular website Lean Healthy Ageless (formerly Ageless Woman Living) comes a practical, science-based diet book that unravels the mystery of why women gain weight as they age and includes a sustainable plan to permanently lose the pounds and inches.

Eat, Live, Thrive Diet shows women how they can not only lose excess body fat permanently but also improve their overall health in critical areas such as brain function, resistance to disease, slowing down external aging, and increasing energy. This highly effective eating plan is presented in a compassionate voice by two experienced health coaches who share personal experiences of battling weight and emotional eating issues. Whereas most diets are short-lived or require substantial upkeep to maintain, Eat, Live, Thrive Diet is a viable eating plan that women can adhere to indefinitely. In addition to minimizing sugar intake, the plan emphasizes the importance of short-term intermittent fasting--a simple lifestyle change that makes it easier and more effective for many mature women to reach their health and weight loss goals. The book also highlights health risks and drawbacks of many popular fad diets that can be harmful on a long-term basis.

Review:

What I really LOVE about this diet book is how it focuses on changing habits from the inside out and not offering every reader,  a one-size-fits-all approach. It's not all or nothing- there are different ways to approach their changes! Even if you don't adopt everything in this book right now, you can start on the basics BEFORE the double holiday whamo hits, and be on a better place to control overeating, and to keep extra pounds off, until you decide to tackle the entire diet. You can actually customize their lifestyle plan to address YOUR specific needs, time limits, busy schedules, food sensitivities, personal insulin resistance level, and your  likes and dislikes! By taking even small steps, you're on your way for long term success!

Did you know that 30 percent of a woman's health, and metabolsim, is out of her control due to individual genetics,  personal metabolic challenges and various hormonal levels? That's sort of a shock- you really ARE your DNA! BUT, that other 70 percent? IT is in your control, and its pure lifestyle-not carbs, keto challenges or how much you exercise- it's your ENTIRE lifestyle, including how much sleep you get, what your eating schedule is and how your body tackles too much caloric energy.

Cmposed of 3 phases, including learning what your personal fast level is, eliminating foods that cause you to GAIN weight, and then learning what you can have back in in moderation, and then keeping it up indefinitely. The best part is that the diet can be adjusted at ANY time. You aren't set to a prescribed diet, or food amount. YOU decide what works for YOU! The result is improved health and way to slow down aging! I was actually very surprised to find out how too much caffeeine (like in coffee) can actually make you GAIN weight, even if you take it black! SHOCK! I actually started Miss Grace on the first part of the diet, working on a longer time between eating,  getting enough sleep, and taking out some foods. AMAZINGLY she has already lost 10 pounds and an inch on her hips, and she has way more energy! She's thrilled and now that I'm over my illness, I can start on it too! This really is an 'plan' that takes you step by step through changes, making them easier to adopt and keep doing, so you don't get discouraged! The included recipes are a starting point, and are quite easy to adapt in the beginning, ad then move into. Many are quite yummy!

We highly recommend checking out this lifestyle plan, especially BEFORE the holidays hit!
