As part of my review, I was allowed to pick an item from the amazing Holly Lane collection,

and I chose their Compass necklace:

The necklace features an elegant compass as a reminder of Proverbs 16:9, "A man’s heart plans his course, but the Lord directs his steps." When you find yourself searching for direction, may this pendant remind you to seek God and follow His Word, trusting that He will guide you as you navigate life. It is paired with an 18" Bar Chain and a Onyx Cluster. It can be part of a set, with matching earrings and a ring!

The elegant touches start from the minute you open the outside in. Each Holly Lane shipment is packaged with great care to provide an unboxing experience, that will convey to the customer just how special they are!

As you can see, your inner package is wrapped in a lovely foiled wrap, tied with a grossgrain ribbon and a Holly Lane bird foil sticker. It's a VERY elegant look!

But the look continues,. Once you open the wrapping, you have a special thank you card from Holly, for picking her items, and then under it, you hae the amazing Holly Lane gift box. Again, her gold foiled bird is on top Then you have a lovely pull tap to open the box (prolonging the surprise!), Then when you open the box, you have the gorgeous scripture Story Card, with your products applicable bible verse reference on the front, and an explanation of the design's significance on the back. And then your jewelry is shown on a wonderfully decorated card!

But there are even MORE special touches- like the inside of the box, lines with decorative paper,

But more than anything, what makes this jewelry so special is how well it is made, and how lovely the pieces are! I haven't taken the encklae of since I received it- no tarnishing, no problems with sleeping, it's the perfect length and weight for me! And I hae already had lots of compliments and questions about where I received it from! It's a reminder for me, that when plans go awry (like getting sick all weekend and getting behind), it's because God has a different plan for me, and I need to accept the new direction and look for the joy in it.
