Review:

Always wanted to learn how to make delectible pastry? This book is perfect for you! The recipes are two fold- those where you make your own dough and where you use prepackaged dough. Thus which ever level you are, there are recipes here for you, and hopefully if you're on simple the mouthwatering recipes will encourage you to try your own pastry dough (pie, choux, puff and yeast doughs are covered)! There is a good mix of savory and sweet, but I would have liked to see a bit more savory recipes! My only negative is that it needs LOTS of photos, as the book is for beginners, who may be confused by technique and what dough is supposed to look like at different stages/in different recipes. But overall it's a great book for recipe ideas for Spring holidays, including Easter!
