Review:

This book is small, but it covers a lot of information in its 4 sections, like what fasting actually IS (and isn't), how it affects YOUR body (and how that differs from mens), sample meal plans for fasting , and help tips for when you are fasting. I found the info on how it affects your body, and what happens, to be the most interesting! I think this would be a good started book, if you want to try out fasting, to see if it works for you. From the tips and sample meal plans, it can help you do a trial period with ease. From there you might want something with more info, but you might be happy with this one! If you're think about fasting, give this book a look!
