Miss Grace had a LOT of stress this past month, so she was in need of these! We have tried other homeopathic/natural medicines for her anxiety, and she is on one currently, so we swapped it out, to see how Serene compares. We were actually quite surpised at how well it worked in 'taking the edge off' and that it seemed to work pretty quickly. You DO take them as needed, and they seem to work within about 15-20 minutes. Teens can take up to 4 doses per day. They are a bit cheaper than the natural remedy we have been using, so we are considering swapping to Serene instead.
And of course, stress can also produce an unhappy result: acne!

You can take 3 tablets every 8 hours, until the acne clears. Miss Grace has sensitive skin, so acne creams can sometimes make things worse, instead of better, so she was all about trying this medicine! She found that 24 hours of does really made a difference, and helped to dry the acne breakout quickly. And no reactions from her skin! Now we can't attest to how well it works on major pimples, but it has worked for her with a light breakout.
