Review:

I wanted to check out this book, s I thought it might be a good introduction for Miss Grace, as she has gotten really into baking and cooking lately. I was thrilled to see how it has many different candies, including some that my grandmother taught me to make, like caramels and Pâté de Fruit (which she adored!)! It's not all candy bark, lollipops and chocolate in this book! And that's a great thing, as there is such a wide world of recipes for candy making! This may be a small book, but it really covers many basics and techniques that can really up you candy making skills, thanks to the many pro tips that Karen gives you! My only gripe is for my child, who complained that not having pictures for everything, and some harder steps, meant she had to rely on me to help her, rather than just use the book. But overall, it's a great starter book!

Grab this now, and you can your own hand made candies just in time for Valentine's Day!
